Todd Upshaw : Owner

Todd Upshaw

Owner

Todd Upshaw’s plumbing journey began in the late 1980s when he co-founded a company that grew from a small team of three to a thriving business with over 40 employees. After honing his craft and gaining decades of hands-on experience, Todd decided to branch out on his own. In 2010, Upshaw Plumbing was born in Buford, GA—a community Todd is proud to call home.

Todd’s deep ties to Buford run through every aspect of his life. It’s where his wife, Shelly, teaches and where they raised their family while watching the city evolve. Through it all, his commitment to serving the local community has remained steadfast.

At Upshaw Plumbing, Todd leads a team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions with honesty, fairness, and unmatched expertise. His ability to understand entire plumbing systems—not just individual components—sets his company apart, allowing them to solve complex issues and go beyond basic repairs or replacements.

As a State of Georgia Master Plumber Class II (unrestricted), and a preferred vendor and installer for Navien, Rinnai, and Rheem, Todd brings a wealth of certifications and decades of craftsmanship to every project. He and his team are also Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission Certified, further reflecting their commitment to excellence.

Whether fixing a leak, installing advanced systems, or building trust through exceptional service, Todd’s mission remains simple: to be the only plumber you’ll ever need.
